You'll never see a property with a board tranquil retreat. This is a confined room in a dungeon which is owned by a person who is not in Pondicherry and sitting in Chennai. So the moment you reach to the property as per the Google map you will never see this property. Instead you'll see purple resorts and they are least bothered for your booking, quite obvious because it is not part of a purple resort. This one room is owned by the owner Vasanth and he is running this entirely without any responsibility for some quick bucks. The room is in pathetic condition. To be frank, this is not a two BHK apartment. It is just a room with two beds. You'll never get most of the amenities that are listed in the booking.com. You'll have to run behind the reception people to get the basic necessities like bed sheet, water and kettle AC remote etc and as I already mentioned, they are least bothered because this property is confined and owned by Vasant. Who is least bothered about your comfort. The moment you check in, he will call and ask you to transfer money and if you complain about the amenities, he will misuse the credit card information which you have given through booking.com. This person has used my credit card information and has made nearly 15 transactions in different currencies. But none did get through because of the OTP. He just wants to trouble the customer and show his attitude & ask you to transfer some amount. and if you don't do that. He will use your credit card saying no show and he will also try to take the entire booking amount reporting as no show to the booking.com. I have personally requested booking.com to delist this property. As this is illegal. I'm not sure what action booking.com is going to take. The owner, Vasant, has such a bad attitude. He'll talk to you over the phone saying this is what you get for what you pay. I mean he's not letting it out for 200 bucks. It is ₹2000 per day.

Almost everything, and not for family at any cost. 1. No proper locks 2. Fan without speed regulators (motive of owner is customer to die with chillness) 3. Restuarant is just a namesake 7. Sit out area does not have a mesh or protection and is connecting to a road, anyone can barge into your room with little effort.
