I liked that the location was conveniently close to my target destination. I also liked that there was parking space next to the property. I enjoyed the softness of the bed sheets and the warm water in the shower.

I was disappointed by how unclean the hotel was, all the way from the lobby to the hallways to the actual room. The carpets were dusty and there was a particular stench to the room I was staying in. The towels were also stained. The room lacked drinking water and the minibar was empty. There was also no hair dryer provided. The breakfast was quite poor in terms of standards and there wasn't much of a variety. There was a dead cockroach on the floor in the restaurant too, which made the whole experience that much more unpleasant. One other thing that surprised me was that the receptionist didn't give me any information about my stay when I checked in, which usually isn't the case in other hotels. He just handed me the key and that was it. Finally, in the morning some workers were yelling outside on the emergency staircase. One of them took the liberty to sit right outside my window while on his phone! I wasn't sure if he could see me or not, so I just closed the curtains.
