최근에 오픈해서 객실, 호텔 전반적인 상태 최상 입니다. 주차하기 편합니다. 편의 시설도 호텔 내에 모두 있어서 좋습니다. 방안에 욕조가 있는데 아이들이 무척 좋아 합니다.

객실이 평균적으로 넓어요 룸 안에 창가쪽 큰 사이즈의 욕조가 있어서 좋아요

투숙객 상대의 의무실이나 의무용품이 전혀 준비가 되어 있지 않다는게 놀라웠습니다 . 이런 규모의 이런 등급의 호텔인데두요 .

신상 호텔 경험, 속초 해변과의 근접성 등

체크인, 체크아웃 리셉션 직원이 가장 친절했으며 사우나실 직원들도 성실하고 친절한 응대가 있었는데 다른 직원들은 기계적으로 일하면서 질문 하나에 예민하게 받아들여서 몇 마디 안하는데도 소통이 어려웠음(호라이존 서빙 및 계산 직원 모두) 조금의 교육이 필요한 것으로 보임

Before making the reservation, I was surprised at the ~8.0 rating on Expedia, given that this was a Banyan Tree property. After our stay, I am very surprised at why the rating reviews were so high. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. This is definitely a nice, clean properly since it was recently built but almost everything about it was just awful. If the price was 2 or 3 star hotel, perhaps worth it. Why? * I did not expect luggage service when checking-in but at the same time, I was hoping to easily find the lobby. No signs and one bad turn in the parking lot made me exit the properly and make a U-turn 1-2 km up a hill to get back to the properly. Second time around, still had a hard time finding the lobby. * There were some bad comments about the staff here. I do not think they are bad people but the staff has no experience operating a 5-star hotel. We checked-in late but then, were told breakfast (which was included) would only be served at 6:30am. * The elevators are a nightmare and almost comical. * Getting a call from the front desk at around 11:50pm is a bit rude, especially given that they were calling about a sofa that we never asked about. * Aside from the bottled waters in your room and the toilet, everything will cost you extra and most are not worth it. Spending ~$100 for a few swimming laps is just ridiculous. * I still could not figure it out why they have bathtubs in the room (and not in the bathroom).

부지가 작은데 건물을 꽉 채워 올려 답답함. 객실 대비 엘레베이터가 부족해 체크인, 아웃시 지옥. 룸서비스 메뉴 피자, 버거 등으로 제한적이며 9시반에 마감.

펫 룸도 아닌데 텁텁+비린내 섞인 냄새가 계속 났음. 체크인시 직원 응대 불친절. 물품 대여했지만 2박3일동안 받을 수 없었음. 카시아속초 너무 좋아하던 호텔이였는데 이번에는 전반적으로 많이 실망 함

객실 안에 뭔가 정의하기 힘든 냄새가 계속 났음. 화장실, 욕조 쪽에서랑 에어컨 쪽에서 나는 걸로 보아, 배수구나 필터 청소가 제대로 되지않은 듯함. 욕조는 물받기 전에 한 번 샤워기로 치웠는데도 부유물(머리카락, 무언가 조각 같은것)이 떠다녔음. 방 바꿔달라고 하기 그래서 그냥 쓰긴 했는데, 비싼 객실 청결상태가 너무 별로라 기분 나빴음. 디럭스 킹은 혼자 묵는 숙소라 침대 넓게 쓰고싶어 선택한거였는데, 더블베드 두개 붙여놓고 그 위에 커버만 크게 덮어놓은거라 가운데가 음푹 파여 잘 때 불편했음. 5성급이지만 신설된 호텔이라 서비스가 별로면 어떡하지 걱정했는데, 서비스는 친절하고 좋았지만 위생상태가 영 별로임
