Central Elegance Apartment

We stayed at the property in December and overall had mixed impressions. The heating was excellent, which made our winter stay very comfortable. The apartment has a beautiful ambiance and a nicely designed interior, creating a pleasant atmosphere. There are plenty of parking options around the building, both paid and free, which is very convenient. Hot water was always available, and basic toiletries such as shampoo and bath products were provided. The host was very kind, friendly, and accommodating, always responsive and willing to help, which we truly appreciated.

There was no coffee pot (cezve) for making coffee, which was a small but noticeable inconvenience. The sofa bed in the living room is very uncomfortable and not suitable for a good night’s sleep. The biggest drawback was cleanliness — there was visible dust in several areas, and it did not feel like the apartment had been properly cleaned before our arrival. We also found some trash under the sink, which left a poor impression.

Dobra lokacija i cena! Ljubazan domaćin i lak ulazak u smeštaj.Parking besplatan na ulici u mirnom kraju. Pešice 10-15 min.do samog centra grada.

Aparrman spreman za renoviranje. Smrdi na budj. Ormar u dnevnoj sobi kad se otvori pun budji. U kupatilu plafon otpada od vlage,nema sapuna,prljav i neudoban krevet u dnevnoj sobi. Nema normalnih časa. Posteljina ne deluje kao da se pere. Higijena nije baš na zavidnom nivou,ali je cena za te pare i jednu noc prihvatljiva.

Apartamentul este situat foarte aproape de centrul orașului.

La sosire proprietarul ne-a întâmpinat cu resturi de mâncare în frigider și o furculiță în chiuvetă. Buretele de vase folosit. Lenjeria de pat uzată (scămoșată) și pătată. Aparatul de cafea care se vede în fotografie lipsește cu desăvârșire. Am solicitat factură și am primit-o după multe insistențe, inclusiv la relații clienți Booking (vreo 10 zile), dar nu încărcată în SPV.
