The apartment met all my needs

The building and facilities need some work

Nice ocean breeze through French balcony and access to the swimming pool. Short walk to the beach to embrace the beach and ocean. Fully stocked kitchen and extra fridge and braai equipment stored in the garage.

Could get quite hot during the evening even with the sliding door (French balcony) open could use an AC or fan. Some of the fittings such as the hanging bedroom light and the toilet pot and door hinges were lose and could constitute a health and safety hazard. The flat situated just above the entrance means a lot of people moving in and out so a lot of noise and the flat above had a lot of parties though out the night.

Alles was netjies, skoon & in orde.

It was clean but not for me I'm a smoker it's inconvenient for me

The fact that I have to go down the lift to smoke

The apartment was clean and neat

There was noise coming from the upper floor almost every night last week caused by moving of furniture , it seems the tenants were changing apartment.

The location was near a lot of amenities and is a walking distance to the beach

Nothing...it was perfect
