Very comfortable bed = excellent sleep. Coffee machine with pods a nice feature, as was the clothes drying rack outside the bathroom window. Antonio, although we only saw him briefly at check in, was super friendly, polite and helpful. Location is awesome, a very short walk from the train station, beach and downtown bars and services.

Not really a dislike, but decor was definitely “grandmotherly” (lots of pink); might be a turn-off for others.

Best just ever. He went above and beyond for me! I just had a major head injury and he brought me ice packs, ice for drinks. Was able to let me check in early. He messaged me the 2nd day and asked me if I was ok. Just above and beyond awesome. AC is great. Location close to ferry and train and busses.

Location near dead ends of two streets makes for nice, quiet location. Convenient to many food and drink options. Antonio is a helpful and gracious host.

No complaints about accommodations. May be worth noting there is a daycare / school across the street. There is intermittent noise when children are outside to play. This does not happen especially early in the day. I found it charming, but others might not?

Quiet side street with spotless spacious top floor room with original art and very comfortable bed, coffee machine, water, refrigerator and simple breakfast items. Antonio met us and showed us the room details and offered suggestions for restaurants. within walking distance to the ferry terminal and train station. great value ~highly recommend!

Antonio was a wonderful host, with good communication, very kind and thoughtful. The location is great. Close to train station and ferries - everything really! This was the cleanest apartment I’ve stayed in during my 3 week stay in Sardinia. It was spotless and felt good.

The bed was a little soft for me, otherwise it was perfect for a short stay.

The apartment was fantastic for a short stay between train from Costa Smerelda and catching the ferry the next morning. The location is close to both, and also a few meters from the central plaza restaurants. Antonio was a great host, very helpful with directions and advice.

All good
