"Scam-Frustrating"

I headed to my accommodation, which I had chosen specifically for its parking facilities. I slept there for one night and then continued on my way. I opted for late check-in, and for the first time since using booking.com, I was not asked to pay extra for this. I accepted and agreed to pay the €10, as I had no other option. I arrived at the agreed time, but the host was not answering. After receiving a message to call when we arrived, he did not respond, even though I called 20 times. I cannot describe the feelings I went through. When he finally answered, the fee had changed to €15 cash only, and he refused to accept card payment, which was a bit suspicious.
