"Great place great service and great staff"

Fabulous location lovely attentive staff a hotel combined with a history lesson will stay in our memories always and if we ever pass this way again we will be staying here 👍😄❤️ oh and free snooker

"LEFT IN THE COLD"

General antiquated ambience.

My booking was bungled up and had to source alternative one night accomodation for the 3 nights booked. Hot water was very erratic and ran out at some point in the morning.

A lovely and unique  place in the centre of Bulawayo. it's competitively priced and a piece of history. why stay in a hotel when you can stay in a museum? Staff attentive and super helpful as well and the club members are friendly and accomodating. Great breakfast and well priced drinks as well. Highly recommended
