Personale gentile e professionale, colazione super, pulizia impeccabile, struttura e arredo moderni e funzionali.

La strada per arrivare è molto stretta e a doppio senso ma, fortunatamente, molto breve e senza traffico. Purtroppo nel bagno non c’è il bidet ma questo era da aspettarselo

"Gut gelegenes Hotel in Tramin, das Personal am Empfang eher schwierig."

Die Lage oberhalb Tramin ist fabelhaft.

Die Freundlichkeit am Empfang ist eher schwierig. Wir sind uns von einem Moho Hotel anderes gewohnt. Hier bekommt man den Eindruck, dass man als Gast zwar ein Zimmer gebucht hat, aber eigentlich selber schau muss. MA sollte ein Kurs betreffend Freundlichkeit im Gastgewerbe nehmen.

Magical and most wonderful stay in Italian Alps surrounded by vineyards! So so beautiful and located in charming town with quite few restaurants and bars only short walk from the hotel, but it is steep hill to walk down and back up again:) Swimming pool, breakfast, rooms where amazing, spacious and never felt too crowded. Great tranquil stay, exactly what we needed!
