INThe host is so kind and responsive. The location is little far from airport (JFK). You wont find any cheap/comfy restaurants near the stay. But if you can order or cook, this is a great place to stay. The host is so generous for reasonable requests so you can trust. Within a reasonable price, I would say this place is one of the best in comfort in that radius. Check-in & check-out are smooth. You will have kitchen with basic amenities for cooking and coffee needs. The restroom is neat and well maintained although it is shared in my case.
The floor at some part of the house is little squeaky to walk during quiet hours.

COOnly stayed one night, but the bed was super comfortable, location was close to JFK airport, and it was nice and clean. The self check-in was super easy and straightforward as well.
