"Worst experience, never recomend any one"

Dear All I humbly request you to kindly take strict action on not only this Hotel but all the other hotels that harass people, we reached in the night by 2 am, and before reaching we had called them and informed them that we were on the way and due to heavy rain we might be late, but after reaching over they simply said that the room has been given and do naive any other room and asked to check somewhere else in which I had the books for 2 days. I have to search for a hotel at night with my family, this is not done, please remove them from your listing as it is creating a bad impact. Thanks and regards

very pathetic behavior. do not suggest anyone
