Easy to find,close to town center.Not so far to river Danube and bulewar,nice to walking.Building in good condition,have a lift.Owner speaking english.Easy to connected by Viber,not use whatsapp.

Not to high standard of cleaning,noisy street,small apart.Parking space in small street after building corner. Flat needed more attention,probably hardly used,but if its happend owner need invest for increase for high standart.
