ITAmazing staff, the guy working at the reception and his sister are incredible! Highly recommend! We spent our night before the loop, and we slept again in the hostel when we came back. The room is huge and clean.

Curtains between the bed are a bit pointless
GBOnly stayed one night in the private room and it was decent. They sorted us a bus ticket for the next day and dropped us off.
USmassive issues with safety+ security. booking claims that there is 24/7 reception, this is not the case. we arrived overnight and the door to the hostel was unlocked and there was paper outside of the dorm room with my name on it. no one there to check us in or make sure no random person would enter. a girl from our group was showering and was recorded by someone local who was NOT staying in the hostel. when she tried to find staff to discuss this with there was no one until the morning. lastly, we stored our bags here during the loop and there was no “storage locker” they were just left on the floor. with unlocked doors and no staff at night this just isn’t safe overall, not a safe hostel. there is not staff on site at night like they claim so if you want a more secure optionn, i suggest booking elsewhere.

NZNZGBLocation was good, walking distance to restaurants and shops. The room had good AC. Bathrooms/showers were downstairs and were clean and tidy. Staff was friendly and offered us advice on things to do during our stay. We also booked transport with them which all went smoothly.
