"Quiet luxury comfort."

Classy, tranquil, spacious. A tucked away gem. Freshly decorated. A lovely lounge to relax in which looked out onto the private garden and pool. Very good quality bed linen. A good coffee machine too.

"Beautiful Cottage fit for a King, a Kuini and a Princess."

Location was a little further away from Karapiro than we usually stay for regattas but the distance was fine and we liked the quietness of this end of town.

Beautiful property and host Chris; and we really appreciated her bringing a box of toys over for our young one to play with.

Kings cottage I set in a beautiful garden is extremely well presented and very clean. A close drive into town it was the perfect spot for a dinner out with friends
