"NO PRIVACY WHATSOEVER"

I am extremely disappointed, annoyed, and outright angry with my experience. Our checkout time was 12 pm, yet the cleaning lady showed up at our pod at 11 am without any notice, warning, or basic courtesy, simply because she claimed to have a “busy day.” This is a serious breach of privacy and absolutely unacceptable. It shows a complete disregard for guests and makes it clear that privacy cannot be trusted at this property. No guest should have to deal with this kind of intrusion.

The location was stunning, waking up to the view was amazing.

The walk to the pod was unnecessary. I've had two knee surgeries recently and the hill to walk up during the rainy weather was not fun especially considering it was a driveway we had to walk up. Better warning should be given. The gumboots and rain coat was a cute touch though.
