Nice little room, everything clean and well maintained. More than what I was expecting, considering the price.

The owner told me there was a power cut when I arrived, but apparently it was city-wide and it was resolved within a couple hours. The owner speaks little, if any, English but this wasn't a problem for my stay.

Pretty new place and I had no compliants.

The owner was very friendly, located directly at the PoB Trail

Did not feel very comfortable as all other rooms were rented out to local man that were loud at night, drinking and smoking inside. Kitchen/common areas that are on the pictures could not be used.

Service was really good, appartment good, location good :)

Because of construction work, there were times where I couldn’t flush the toilet and the handwash didn’t work.

The property was well maintained, had all the amenities for the price. The beds were very comfortable. The location also is pretty good, the centre is a 3 minute walk, the lake is 15 minutes walking from the apartment. All the coffee shops,restaurants,markets were in a very close radius, which is convenient.

The host is very kind, generous and responsive and made my stay very comfortable. There is a kitchen available upstairs in the lounge area. I would recommend staying at RiO.
