The place was great. Parking is free in the street. There is a great burger place just down the stairs. It was a base for other trips, so it is great the place is near the highway.

Bear in mind that the burger place down stairs is playing some music in the street (not too loud though). If you are an early sleeper that could be some trouble, but usually it is shut by 8-9 PM.

Beautiful apartment in a stunning, peaceful location. The kitchen was part of the living room and had all the essentials — though not the most comfortable setup for cooking a full meal. Luckily, just across the street is a fantastic breakfast spot, Beňovský, which opens at 7:00. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was well-equipped with everything we needed.

We were two couples, so one pair had to sleep on the couch, which was unfortunately quite uncomfortable — a mattress topper or some extra padding would definitely make a big difference, as we woke up with a bit of back pain. There’s a restaurant with a terrace right below the apartment, and while the music started around 7:00, it actually made for a timey wake-up call.
