Casa Annalisa

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in questo b&b per una toccata e fuga a Napoli ed il proprietario Antonio si è dimostrato sin da subito cortese, educato, gentile e disponibile dandoci tutte le info giuste per far sì che il nostro soggiorno fosse perfetto. L'appuntamento si trova sul corso principale di Ercolano, a due passi dagli scavi, pizzerie, bar, supermercati e soprattutto dalla stazione ferroviaria, dove poter raggiungere facilmente in una mezz'ora Napoli. L'appartamento era pulito, arioso ed ampio, con tutto ciò che serve e per di più Antonio ci ha fatto trovare la macchinetta del caffè con le capsule e soprattutto acqua e vino in frigo. Cosa da non sottovalutare, molto importante, è che aveva anche il parcheggio all'interno del palazzo dove c'è l'appartamento. Quando torneremo a Napoli sicuramente torneremo qui a Casa Annalisa. Tutto perfetto

Antonio was an excellent host. He even picked us up from the railway station. The apartment is spacious beautiful and the bathroom is modern and very clean.

The area is quite noisy at night, but we appreciate that is quite normal in a busy Italian town. We slept well in any case.

Die Lage ist ideal um die Ausgrabungen von Herculaneum und den Vesuv mit dem Shuttle anzusehen. Die Haltestelle für den ÖPNV nach Pompeii und Sorrent bzw. Neapel ist ganz nah. Und direkt um die Ecke sind ein Supermarkt und diverse Restaurants. Die Wohnung selbst ist groß mit super Dusche und Klimaanlage und allem was man sonst so braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und die Verständigung mit Google Translator kein Problem. Für uns die optimale Wohnung für 7 Tage Urlaub in und um Neapel.

Ja die Wohnung liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Aber uns hat das gar nicht gestört. Und dafür hat man halt auch die tolle Infrastruktur.

Everything starts with the friendly communication before arrival with the booking system and later via Whats App. Antonio provides all the necessary information and welcomes you with a bottle of wine and water in the fridge. We were expected on time and shown to the parking lot (directly at the house). The apartment is spacious and very clean, all necessary kitchen appliances such as stove, microwave and oven are available and in very good condition. You have 2 small balcony to sit on in the evening. Fast Wifi available everywhere in the appartment and you'll find lots of plugs to charge your devices. The location on a major traffic artery catapults you directly into Italian life, within 5 minutes walking distance you are on the express train to the center of Naples. About 25 minutes walking to a smaller beach. Just around the corner a supermarket with the essentials. Breakfast is available in a small bar 20m away. Highly recommended for Naples if you don't want to stay directly in the city and prefer public transportation to the parking fees.

Great welcome and Antonio did his best to make our stay comfortable. Very friendly and warm. Breakfast location was very close by and the staff there were, again, most friendly. Very homely and well positioned for town, attractions and train station.

If anything, as it sits on the main street, there was some noise but we slept well enough so just be aware.

Fantastic hosts! Thx Antonio! Everything was clean. The house has all you need. Best location you can wish for. Private parking is very nice. Even some breakfast was arranged every day!
