The 2floor bedroom had basin in the washroom.. making it too uncomfortable

The location of stay was good near to nearby visiting places

It is not at all advisable for stay. The property is situated in a narrow locality, with no designated car parking (you have to park car in whatever space you can find by luck). The property is like a congested bus, with a single room with attached toilet only at each floor ( no bathroom). One has to go to 4th floor to bath or to the ground floor. The 4th floor is an open terrace with bathroom in a corner you have to either change in bathroom itself before coming out or come out in towel to your bedroom in towel. the ground floor bath is very small with ceiling height 5'5". Any person taller than this will hav to bend and take shower. Now let's talk about pathetic service. No linens are kept washed in bed storage, some even with dark stains and hair. You have to arrange the linen over the bed after arriving on your own. You have to do daily housekeeping on your own if u stay for more than one day. Utensil were there but not properly clean had to reclean the oil dirt before using . The cups for tea were also not properly washed as if used and kept there without washing/cleaning , the caretaker is ignorant. Doesn't arrive to check out the problem/issue . Also not even sent the attendent to check the issue. . Only one bed room has TV . Every floor has the area of nearly 9'*6' bedroom , just to accomodate a double bed. All the beds are foldable. Wardrobe in only one bed room rest rooms have cupboard . No tissue paper in washroom though all had western toilets. Quite congested washroom unable to move to wash also . Heightened steps 1.5 feet approx , not good for old people , also it's difficult to move the luggage as the steps area has width of approx 2.5 feet only. Overall not at all fair . Don't know why the property is highly over rated. They took the additional cleaning charge of rupees 200 before entering the property but linens were in shabby and dirty conditions and not washed .

Staff was very cooperative.

Cleanliness was not upto the mark.

It got alot of facilities like in home.

Accessibility issue due to narrow and steep steps hard to carry luggage’s. Not recommended for old age people they will not able to climb the floor.

Nice homestay, for family and group of friends. All facilities in the home stay like washing machine, TV, cooler, utensils, purifier, etc. Value for money stay.
