I got a confirmation for my booking around 19 then I took the train to Trani. When I was on the train I got a message that my reservation is canceled. I talked with the property in whatsapp and they told me that the message of confirmation was an automatic message, and the cancellation occurred because my booking arrived after 8pm, (when I made it in 7:07pm). This place made me arrive to Trani, relaying on them as a place to stay, and they made me looking for a place until 3am.

La gentilezza del personale e gli ampi spazi nella struttura, soprattutto la cucina e la zona soggiorno/relax.

I bagni e i dormitori non sono separati in base al sesso (fortunatamente i letti in basso erano dotati delle tendine intorno)

"Struttura centrale, molto caratteristica grande cordialita' e splendida atmosfera"

Portale Hub Trani è una struttura accogliente, vicina alla stazione e al centro, con un’atmosfera cordiale e vivace grazie anche a incontri artistici e musicali. Camere ampie e pulite, letti confortevoli e una cucina spaziosa ( e' presente anche un grande frigo, un bollitore e una macchina per il caffe' a cialde e un rubinetto erogatore di acqua potabile) rendono il soggiorno piacevole. Bello poter cucinare in autonomia e rilassarsi davanti al grande televisore. Unico neo: l’ultimo giorno il frigo era poco fornito per la colazione.
