Varias veces he llegado aquí, llámese por negocios o por ocio, pero las últimas 2 veces he tenido problemas con la ropa de baño, teniendo que ir con el vigilante para solicitarlo, también solicité autorización para entrar una hora antes del check in oficial y en la primer ocasión se permitió hasta la hora indicada, que es totalmente razonable y no lo discuto, pero la segunda vez entregaron la habitación 1 hora después del check in mencionado, lo cual me incomodó pues yo si tuve que ser flexible pero el hotel no.

Excelente atención, guardias 24/7 controlando accesos super amables. Habitación limpia e impecable, tienen terraza con muy buena vista a la ciudad. Habitación comfortable con lo necesario para la estancia y ubicada en un punto accesible de la ciudad. Totalmente recomendable, sin duda volveria.

Una almohada mas comoda para el sofa cama como sugerencia

Lo único es que la licuadora estaba dañada! lo demas todo excelente!

We stayed 3 nights in this affordable and modern accommodation. The room, the facilities, the parking, the terrace - amazing. Very new, comfortable, private, no view from the room (nobody could see inside either), but a beautiful view from the roof. We enjoyed the free laundry and the cafeteria on the 5th floor (the cafeteria has drinkable water, but you can get your bottle refilled only when the barista is there). The kitchen is ready for very basic cooking - warm something up. We came in our campervan, which is a bit taller than 2.5 meters, so we were afraid we wouldn't fit inside the parking garage, but the space is way taller than that. Both parking attendants went above and beyond to answer all of our questions, and they were very kind - made our day. They allowed us to park the car before the official check-in and let us stay a bit longer after our checkout, which helped a lot! We felt safe inside the building and we knew our car was safe.

Everyone is pointing out the amazing location, however, the streets surrounding this building were dirty, empty and didn't feel the safest. It is approx. 35 minutes walk to the center of the city and the first part of the walk we didn't feel good. We'd take Uber next time. We knew about the church next door so the bell ringing didn't surprise us, however, if you have a light sleep, you will have hard time sleeping after 6am, even with the windows closed. Also the walls are pretty thin. Also the train station is not far, so the train honking woke us up several times. Simply, this is not the right spot for a quiet getaway :D The last thing was communication with the manager. I have asked about the missing coffee machine in our room. After a long time waiting for a reply, I received an answer that they would try to get me one, but nobody showed up in 3 days.

Departamento nuevo, cómodos y ya adentro te sientes muy seguro. Camas comidas, regresaria indudablemente !!

La hubicacion no muy bonita, pero con carro te puedes mover a lugares muy cercanos.

The apartment itself was very clean, fairly new, and stylish.

Unfortunately our room was right next to a church with a very loud bell that rang as early as 6 a.m. in the morning and lasted periodically throughout the day. We were also unfortunate enough to be right over the parking garage and at night would hear talking and smell cigarette smoke coming into our room. It was not a pleasant stay for us. I had a hard time getting a response from the owner and if I was not persistent about changing my reservation and contacting Booking.com repeatedly, I don't know if I would have heard anything back or gotten a refund for the days we canceled on our reservation.
