James Cottage

We liked the Location since we went to my nephew’s Marine Corps Graduation.

We didn’t find anything negative about the property.

The cottage was very cute and clean. On the small size for 5 adults who just needed a place to sleep it was just fine. It was easy to find and close to everything. I would highly recommend the cottage.

The cottage lacked hand soap at each sink and there were no kleenex to be found anywhere. Minor issues and easy to resolve. Other then that no complaints.

The cottage had everything a family or small group would need to enjoy their stay in the area. The kitchen was well appointed, the washer/dryer was new and efficient and the bedrooms were comfortable. It was a place I could have stayed long term.

A fibrous mat at the door to remove the tiny driveway stones from shoes.

The location was ideal and the house was cozy...loved the backyard.

Stopped up sink in bathroom.

Everything!! My son(6) wanted to stay forever,lol.. It had everything we could have needed. It was close to base as well as close to shopping centers, which really helps.

This property is a prime location for anyone traveling to Beaufort, especially for those attending Marine graduations at Parris Island. It’s just a short distance from downtown Beaufort and the scenic Spanish Moss Trail. The neighborhood is safe and welcoming, and I know the area well. The property itself is nicely updated, clean, and accurately represented in the photos. The owners are extremely responsive and accommodating, making the check-in process seamless. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Beaufort!
