Fresco Hostel

A convenient and clean place, in the middle of town, not too far from the bus stop. I couldn't get the breakfast because it starts only at 9:00 am but the lady at reception improvised a lunchbox.

The bedroom and bathroom are really small.

Calm, cosy. Friendly woman in the breakfast restaurant.

The woman at the reception not so committed. Restaurant closed early. No breakfast buffet. No soap and shampoo in the bathroom.

Quite place. Near the park, many good restaurants.The hotel also has a restaurant.

Unfortunately, the price and quality did not match at all. The room was missing dark curtains. The restaurant staff was very loud, spoke obscene words under our windows. The window had to be kept open, because otherwise it was hot in the room. It's funny that there is tea, coffee, cups in the room. But there is no kettle. It was not in the lobby (where it should be). The breakfast table is served. After we had eaten the breads and snacks, they brought us eggs and sausages. But we had already eaten the cold one. The coffee was brought at the very end. Communication should be improved.

We were travelling with a motorbike so the private parking next to the house was a good bonus. The ladies at the desk were friendly, slight misunderstandings about the food were encountered, but fixed by the staff.

Food

It is called a hostel, but I would say with a small upgrade it could easily be a hotel. The rooms and surroundings are very clean, and the room is equipped with a desk, hanger, TV, teacups, and coffee. The size of the room is sufficient. There is also an outdoor space with parking Very good location . Restaurant with a short but complete menu . Prices are also good .

There is no proper reception desk, so check-in is done in the restaurant. Information at the entrance door would be helpful to know that. The doors are not soundproof, so you have to tolerate other guests walking and talking in the corridor. Breakfast: you cannot pick what you want; you get eggs, sausage, cheese, tomatoes, and ham. Porridge or muesli with milk would be nice. I think it's not that difficult to add it to the menu. A few changes would make a big difference!! .
