The ambience was perfect for a laid-back and tranquil getaway. Nestled in a scenic spot away from the bustle of everyday life, the property offers stunning views that instantly put you at ease. The staff were courteous and attentive without being intrusive, and our stay was thoroughly comfortable, with all our requests promptly taken care of. The waterfront room we were given offered breathtaking views and a soothing atmosphere that made every moment feel special. Waking up to the sound of gentle waves and the sight of calm waters was truly refreshing. And be sure not to miss the kayaking experience—it’s a serene adventure that beautifully complements the peaceful setting.

We were primarily visiting to witness the bioluminescence, which had unfortunately ended a few days before our arrival. Since the kayaking experience was advertised with this in mind, it was a bit disappointing to only learn about its unavailability upon check-in. That said, the staff offered a discount on the kayak experience, which was a thoughtful gesture. Dinner required prebooking—which we conveyed with a coordinator during our reservation, but it seems the message was missed due to his unexpected leave. The same message had also mentioned that breakfast was included, which led to some confusion as we later did pay for it.

The location is absolutely perfect for anyone to relax, or to get away from a busy work life. Take one of the two family rooms, both are very good and u can relax and spend time on the balcony which is in the bank of the water. Those who love fishing can bring the required equipment for fishing. Kayaking is also an option here. Apart from these two rooms, there are dormitories and leisure place to play games and listen music and chill

FOOD.. Those who have read the positive things above, should prepare for the worst food (without taste, salt or anything) and the cost for the food also too high. Another drawback is there are not much of resturants available nearby also. However Swiggy and zomato is available where some restaurants are serving from kochi city

Very pleasant place. Young people managing the property. Nice and friendly staff, inside clean. The view was perfect and sooo calming. I would recommend Kampify Kochi to everyone who looks for beauty nature and peace.

Stay is lovely and clean. And overlooks the backwaters. Brilliant view! Host Sajith is very helpful and guided us well. They also organise bioluminescence experiences.

The approach road is a little narrow. Large cars may not be able to pass.
