"Wish we had planned to stay longer to relax and enjoy the property."

Location close to ferry terminal. Waterfront property. Sitting outside each evening at waters edge. Owner very nice and keen to please.

A bike would be handy.

"Amateur Hour"

This place would probably suit a small family or couple which had hired a car but not really suitable for lone or travellers in transit. Clean rooms with basic facilities S'market 10 minutes walk. Uturoa 3km, airport 6km. $90 to hire a car or $60 for eBike expensive for local mobility. No bicycle available. Can't take room key off property because potentially losing! Dollar or two to make a spare. Large deposit for gate remote. Why not key code access? Weather cloudy and rainy so excursions not appealing. No internet on arrival at 10am because password in room incorrect so couldn't make use of time for forward planning. Tried to contact host but no response until 5pm All a bit amateur hour and missing that extra thought that takes little effort but makes a big difference.
