Bien placé , arrivée tardive

Rien n’était propre à mon arrivé pas de serviette propre serviette sale accroché draps pas changer problème de store , la propriété m’a dit qu’elle voulais faire annuler mais elle ne l’a pas fait je suis arriver très tard et j’ai du la contacter pour avoir les serviette le ménage et changement de draps le lendemain mauvaise expérience pour moi
