I booked this property by mistake on the wrong dates, unfortunately just after the free cancellation therms. The host refused to cancel my reservation for free even if the reservation was still 3 months ahead and the host had plenty of time to find another person booking it. The host also refused to change dates to the actual dates and refused to move my reservation to another or their countless property. Unfortunately this property is managed by a money obsessed company that does not care about their guests but just cares about profit. They have basically a monopoly in booking so you end up booking with them almost certainly if you plan to stay in Odda.

Fin og funksjonell leilighet som var meget sentrumsnært

Soverom ut mot Riksvei7 med mye trafikkstøy samt mye støy på natt fredag og lørdag da byens natt mat sted lå rett over veien utleier burde hapoolyst om at det kunne forventes mye støy

Midt i sentrums gatene. Vi var 4 voksne og hadde god plass. Det var i tillegg 4 senge plasser på hems. Moderne , ganske så fint. God høytaler med wifi tilkobling så kunne vi spille musikk fra Spotify osv. Nært til det vi trengte. God resturant i underetasjen.

Manglet fjernkontroll til tv, vi spurte etter det via app, de skulle se om de kunne sende en mann å løse det. Men, intet skjedde hørte ikke noe mer. Det var en Apple TV fjernkontroll der, vi mistenker noen har hatt med seg Apple boks og tatt med seg feil fjernkontroll…kunnne vært greit å se noe tv på kvelder da vi hadde gå turer dagtid. Middag på ettermiddag. Stort sett bra renhold, men sofa kunne vært støvsuget, så ut som de holder på å pusse opp i gang / trapp opp til leiligheten . Der så det ganske så fælt ut. Samt oppvask maskin vare full av skittent servise glasset ol. rart både leietakere og vaske personell ikke har satt det på.

Good big apartment with nice view. Presented all you need on the kitchen.

Big living room with very small heater. The whether was not so cold, but it was a pretty cold. 100 m2 is a looks like not correspond - due to the steps on top with just a small places of sleep-under the roof- just like balcony. Small pillows - need to take two. No lift in the building. Apartment is on the 3rd floor in old wooden building right along the road with the narrow ladder to come up. For me was ok- but if you have a lot of baggage, or fat man- will be not comfortable. I was asking 3 days before check in- and two days before check out to keep for me one day extra, but due to the problems with payment on Paypal they only wanted-( if you want to extend) and difficult communication with the host- I was lost the extra day and had to searching and move to another place- which was very uncomfortable for me due to the luck of time. Overall is ok.

Store gode rom. Rent. Flott utsikt og perfekt beliggenhet 🙂
