The pool at grotta, is exceptional the cave is like no where else I've been

TOUT ! La chambre, la terrasse, la vue sur la piscine, le lobby, la petite ferme, l’etablissement a sa propre grotte 😱

L’absence de communication quand à l’absence d’eau chaude.

I loved the caves, the hot jacuzzi, the playgrounds, the cave cafe. The food was great especially Korean fish and Agatogo

The plage is huge with many activities to keep you busy. Lots of high quality equipment (massage chair, big screen for movies, nice swimming pool, pickle ball ect...) The garden is beautiful

Nothing really

I loved the place, had an Italian castle vibe to it, so pushy with greens, so much space and so many things to go explore. The caves are crazy cool! A must see for sure! Good affordable food, amazing fresh breakfasts.. coming with two kids it really matters. Very spacious beautiful connected family rooms. A lot of attention to kids from staff, big cool pool and a big jacuzzi were awesome after a chill weather in the mountains as well!

The cleanliness, privacy, and overall staff service were excellent. The General Manager is a really nice guy, and his customer service truly went above and beyond expectations.

Overall, everything was perfect! The only suggestion I’d have is that the food menu could offer a bit more variety, even for more affordable options.
