Appartamento Fortino House

The apartment location, size, fit out and secirity. The host provided proper and timely support via written communication to us.

There was a significant noise in the area and more importantly next to our windows (the neighbour using his motorcycle and loud voices every early morning) and constant noise coming from the water pump next to the entrance door. Also, there were three electrical appliances (washing machine, glass top cook and the coffee machine) provided for our use, but there were no Quick User guides/instructions in Italian or English on how to use these properly. The free car parking was scarse on the neighbour and luck is needed to find the free spot.

The house and the surrounding small area were clean and well-maintained, but that couldn't be said about this part of the city in general. The apartment itself was well-equipped and spacious. Our host was amazing and very helpful, although we had some language barriers.

There was no AC unit in the smaller room, so I had to sleep with the door open, which was a minor inconvenience.

Nice touch with table laid for breakfast and various snacks and drinks with water in the fridge.

Disappointed that the apartment was described as having a balcony which it definitely didnt have. The rest of the facilities were as described.

Host was very accommodating allowing us to check in early, very friendly and helpful with information. Great location, extremely clean and comfortable-
