SM Apartments

The stuff was very friendly. The apartment was very clean. The apartment faced the golf course so it was quiet and the balcony was pleasant. The pool area was very clean.

The AC units were filthy and we couldn’t use one in the king bedroom because it smells like cigarettes and smoke when we turned it on. There were no screens in any windows, so the mosquitos came in. The sofa was a cement bench with cushions, and was very high and uncomfortable.

They gave me an early check in which was much appreciated. The pool was great, and the apartment was a good size and pretty clean.

Well, they didnt give me the room that I had booked. And when I asked them about it they said it was their fault (not booking.com) but it wasn't available and made no effort to try to fix their mistake, but it was the same price... they gave me a 2 bed ground floor with a patio view of a concrete wall, when I booked a balcony suite that was much nicer in the photos. (So did i pay more for a cheaper room??) The apartment wasn't stocked with the essential items that the original apartment that I booked had. No hangers, dish clothes, dish soap, flipper to cook with, no blender, one set of towels, a bathroom sized garbage can in the kitchen and no extra bags, NO hot water in the morning, only at night, the lounge chairs by the pool were so warn that some of them were tearing and we're very uncomfortable. Aswell as the grounds looked over grown and not well maintained. I paid over $1000 CAD for a week and I was very disappointed. I could have gone else where for a much nicer experience but I was decived by what I thought I had booked. I spoke to other guests durring my stay and they had also expressed alot of disappointment. And will not be returning as will I.

Staff, accommodation and location were great.

Great location, 24/7 staff, nice and helpful, beautiful apartment and spacious. Accessibility to laundry. Great pool and outdoor areas.

Comments: Room door was loose from the bottom and never closed. They know now and will be fixed. I would suggest to have more chairs and cutlery. If u have visitors there are no chairs by 3, cutlery for 3. I would suggest to leave extra linen in case guest would like to change it or wash it. Pool was cold, but could be the time of the year.

Great location, amazing staff, comfortable apartment.

Vi fikk en leilighet i 1. etasje, delvis underetasje. Mye bråk fra veiarbeid og generatorer biler. Mørkt og trist. Personalet skaffet oss det vi ba om, oppvaskmiddel og svamp.

We spent 10 lovely days at Santa Maria. The staff is excellent and very helpful. The apartment was excellent, spacious, clean and equipped with fridge and kitchen. This was very helpful as we wanted to make light breakfast at apartment. There is a huge supermarket La Comer very close and Starbucks as well. The beach is also a short walk away. I think it was an excellent value for money. I would definitely return to SM apartments 🙂
