Room is fantastic! Location is right in the heart of the old town. Mario the host, was always attentive, welcoming and friendly. Responses to questions were prompt and really helpful.

Not much. Maybe add real or biodegradable cups for the coffee machine.

"A royal stay"

The Palace is amazing. A reminder from another time. And a rare opportunity to be transported in the 17th century. Mario is the best. He came to pick us up with his scooter as we could not find the way to reach the hotel without using forbidden streets. Arcireale is beautiful and alive. I d recommend
