Die Freundlichkeit des Personals. An der Rezeption wurde deutsch gesprochen. Trotz verspäteter anreise wurde auf uns gewartet und sehr freundlich empfangen.

Das Navi hat uns falsch geleitet (nebenort) Das war der Grund unserer Verspätung.
