No fridge, very dificult to Get hot water, small bed... (70cm large), almost no Space on the room because lot of bed and dificult to walk when all the bag are on the way... Breakfast on terrace is nice

"They ruined my vacation"

We booked and paid in full 4 days in advance, only to arrive and be told there were no rooms for us and to “go find another hostel.” When we asked for help, the owner hung up and the staff completely ignored us. We’re still waiting for our refund, absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.
