"Booked 2 nights, paid 1 and dindnt get a bed at all"

Nothing, i got informed that - despite my paid online booking - they are fully booked! So I was left tired and with no place to sleep and no help offered! My reimbursment the next day, only was for 1 out of two nights, because now they have space again, but nobody told me that the night before, so that I already had to book something new!

That they ripped me off and didnt offer any help for a situatuon they caused themselves

Wir hatten ein 4 Bett Zimmer gebucht und sind in einem 10 bzw. in der ersten Nacht 11 Bett Zimmer untergekommen. Es wurde und kein Geld zurรผckerstattet obwohl das 10 Bett Zimmer gรผnstiger war. Beim Kennenlernen von den anderen Menschen da merkt man dass das auch keine Ausnahme ist.
