Apartament położony na terenie starego ogrodu. Apartament ma bardzo duży potencjał co niestety nie jest wcale wykorzystane. Blisko do centrum na piechotę
W apartamencie panuje bardzo dużą wilgoć. Jest brudno. Poplamione pokrowce na krzesła i obrus na stole. Włosy na pościeli i ręcznikach. wszędzie pajęczyny i owady żywe i martwe. W łazience umywalka i kabina prysznicowa wyglądają jak przetarte brudną ścierką. Brudne krzesła i stół na zewnątrz. W apartamencie nie ma ekspresu do kawy, nie ma nawet czajnika. Wodę na herbatę musisz ugotować w garnku.
