Great location and facilities. The only thing that was better than the Riad, was the host. He was very friendly and his restaurant was also amazing. I arrived late because of plane delay and the host was still happy and guided me through the riad. Thanks a lot

Nothing much to like other than the host was ok to receive after check in by the security guard at the entrance gate, then to see the host had to catch him up only at his restaurant.

Booked for 4 nights, looking at the profile advertised at Booking.com, but unfortunately nothing much to praise after our stay about the property. Kitchen was untidy and dirty, even rubbish bin was not cleaned/emptied before our arrival and was left over filled until 3 days after our arrival, had to help the host to take the bin out of the kitchen. Rooms were dark and not enough lighting in the room, was difficult to read, requested for to extra light, took almost a day to arrange by the host. Misleading description advertised like Garden view, Free toiletries, Hairdryer etc.... Rooms was small, more over bathroom was very very tiny in size, not enough space. No Toiletries was provided, requested but ignored by the host rather asked to buy, wrong description advertised. No hairdryer was available, wrong description advertised. Even had to check in one of his guest on arrival, no sign of the host, had to approach with the guest to see him at his restaurant. Host seemed more occupied in taking care of his restaurant than the property, sad. Trip to Marrakech was spoiled with this stay, wanted to leave the place but unfortunately all the excursion pickup was booked in advance from the place. Travelled with my son and he wanted to move from this place, worst stay in Morocco. Not fit for family stay, one night stay may be ok but not more than that recommended. Host should spend more attention to maintain this property, cleanliness and provide comfort to his guest. Not looking back again and ever at this property.

Apart from the fact that the bed was good and there were a number of reasonable restaurants in the area, there was nothing else that could receive a positive review.

Dark room with poor lighting. No option for breakfast. Very noisy, especially if there are other guests who do not have the decency to speak softly in the evening (and there are many of them).

The host is extremely welcoming. The accomodation is clean and well kept and in a great location next to the Medina.

Good place, 15min walk to medina. Has security at the gate and shared pool.

Most things mentioned was shared or not in the apartment at all. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The room is very dark, with two small windows that don't give much light. It looks much better in photos.

The room is nice and has privacy. It is a bit far from the Medina and transport is needed but I recommend this property if you want to be far away from the chaos and noise of the city. It is very nice and quiet and have many shops and stores inside the condo.

Everything was perfect.

The place was beautiful and the host was very kind and helpful.
