I had wonderful time at the Minu Homestay. The family is so nice and helpful, the little kitchen area has everything you need as well the room and bathroom. The bed was so comfortable and the room is beautiful arranged. Everything was very clean. The room has extra entrance and a terrace for resting and watching in the beautiful garden. It is a quiet place especially in the night. My best homestay in five weeks traveling and staying at home stays in Sri Lanka:) I even got invited to a Buddhist ceremony with monks and very tasty local food in the family house. Thank you lovely people! Hope to come back ❤️

"Exceptional"

As soon as I walked up I was happy I chose this place. The family are very good hosts and very friendly. The room is wonderful. Clean, modern bathroom, comfy bed, good amount of space in the room, fridge, kitchen area, ceiling fan, big and undamaged mosquito net. There is a solid wall between the house entrance and the room entrance. So you can sit in the patio of the rental room and feel privacy while looking out into the jungle garden. I will definitely stay here again when passing through weligama again

The personal was lovely. Due to new year's eve everything was close, so they managed to provide us food.

You need a tuktuk to get to the house because it's 30 min walking from Midigama center
