NIENTE titolare non ci ha riservato la camera dicendo che ha avuto problemi con il sistema Booking.com senza mai avvisarci e senza rispondere ai nostri messaggi di avviso sull'orario di arrivo. Non ho mai avuto un'esperienza del genere in quanto ci siamo trovati alle 11 di sera a dover cercare un hotel senza il minimo aiuto da parte del titolare. Non prenotate questa struttura il titolare è una persona inaffidabile

Tem o básico para dormir bem uma noite. Limpo, mas o hóspede anterior deixou chinelos debaixo do lavatório, que indica que a limpeza não foi eficaz.

Lençóis precisam de renovação. Estão limpos mas com nódoas antigas. Um deles tinha um buraco de algo queimado. O terraço podia ter mesas e cadeiras, parecia abandonado.

Réservation effectuée pour le 29 mai, mais la chambre n'était pas disponible à mon arrivée. L'établissement ne m'a pas logé. Pourtant, ils ont validé mon séjour dans le système comme si j'avais dormi sur place afin de garder mon argent. C'est inadmissible. Demande de remboursement en cours auprès de Booking. »
