Its beautifully located and an amazing piece of architecture. Plenty of rooms. Great common area.

- Very new accommodation with a lot of common space - Well located in the center - Big garden - Very responsive host

- Bathrooms don't have a door - The rooms are not well isolated

The interiors of the property are amazing - very beautiful and lot of consideration and time went into the property with the cork flooring, some exposed original walls and kitchen flooring tiles. Then with modern pieces complimenting it. Location cannot be beaten - a short walk to Mareta (calm) and Tonel (surfing) beaches, as well as to many restaurants. The beds were very comfy and the bedding was soft and down filled for added comfort. Having all rooms en-suite was a bonus and showers were good pressure and hot water always available. Host was very tentative to our needs, solving few issues for us on arrival (provided a freezer and other bits!)

This property is new and this showed as some fixtures were missing/faulty in the property. The outside space is also vast but a lot of it is unusable space which felt a bit wasted. I know the host is very keen to take feedback though given it’s only recently been listed and with all who stay I have no doubt positive adjustments will be made to make this even better. For those with a large party of guests this is one of the few 6 bed properties in Sagres (the main reason we booked it) but if you don’t need 6 bedrooms then there are probably better value places to stay.
