Nous n'avons pas été gene par le personnel nous n'avons vu personne entrée et sortie avec boîte a clefs, d'ailleurs pas facile a trouver il y en a plusieurs... L'emplacement est pratique pour aller au centre ville a pieds ou toutes les places sont payantes et il est possible de trouver une place et de se garer dans la rue avant 18h . Le quartier est calme, la literie est correcte.

L'appartement est situé au nord il est sombre, il y avait une drôle d'odeur a notre arrivee, peut etre une odeur de tabac froid, nous avons laisser les fenêtres ouvertes pdt 3 jours avec vue sur l'immeuble en face...L'équipement de la cuidine est minimaliste mais suffisant si on na pas l'intention d'y faire de la cuisine. Nous avons du faire un débouchage rapide de la douche évacuation pleine de cheveux, après seulement une douche on pataugeait dans 10cm d'eau qui ne s'ecoulait pas...mais il en reste ...

The host is trying to promote like the own trade mark Portofino Vacanza by investing some money into putting this label on the soap etc but there is nothing behind. The appartement needs renovation, it was unpleasant to feel paint peeled off the wall on your back while taking the douche. The host refused to provide more than 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 garbage bag in spite of the fact that we were staying there for 6 nights. The question of garbage sorting was my headache because we had only one small bin with one garbage bag, nothing more. If you would like to use washing machine you need to buy liquid or capsules yourself, it is the same story with dishwashing machine, you have only couple of capsules. In brief, you have like a wide range of different kitchen utensils but it doesn’t mean that you can find all necessary things like wine glasses for example. The sofa must be changed because it is not comfortable, old enough with a bad smell. The bed linens are used for a long time too. The quality of cleaning must be better too. So my main conclusion is that the host wants to earn money not investing anything in some necessary things to ensure the comfortable staying of guests. The communication was limited by only providing instructions how to enter and leave the apartment and was absolutely stopped when I asked for the additional rolls of toilet paper and garbage bags by telling that I need to buy these things by myself. It was the first such kind of experience.

This apartment feels like home. It has all the basics needed for a comfortable stay in a real Italian residential area. Communication with the host was via messages only but worked very well. Highly recommended!

There was only one tablet for the dishwasher and very little washing up liquid left. One electric socket was hanging loose from the wall and was unsafe with a toddler. The floors could have been cleaned somewhat better. There are only ceiling fans and no AC, which might be an issue for some, but it was fine by us.

the location is very quiet and 10 minutes away from seaside and train station the flat has everything you need to cook, wash etc. very easy communication

some neighbours are very loud but this can happen everywhere.

Fully equipped apartment, very comfortable beds, calm neighborhood, fast self check-in.

Floors might be cleaner.
