Good location. Walking-distance to beach and eating places. Quiet at night. Good space for two. Has an elevator.

Not far from beach as the crow flies, but it's a hike there and back because of the beachfront stairs and the distance to the waterline. Quite a few things need attention like lights and appliances. Balcony is enclosed and so essentially a sauna in summer.

Our stay on April 25th was a nightmare. The apartment was infested with cockroaches, making it impossible to sleep — and especially concerning as I was with my pregnant wife. This posed serious health risks, and we had no choice but to leave early. I contacted both the property owner and Booking.com immediately to request a refund. While the owner initially responded, nothing was ever processed. Booking.com support said they would follow up, but here we are more than two weeks later, on May 10th, and I still haven’t received a refund. I’ve had to repeatedly chase them for a resolution — it’s exhausting. At one point, I was even asked to withdraw my ability to leave a review to possibly get refunded — I didn’t mind that as long as the issue was properly handled, but it never was. The lack of follow-up and the need for me to keep pushing for something so basic is simply unacceptable. I’m sharing this so others are aware of what happened and how poorly Booking.com handled it.
