We had a lovely stay here. Our host was extremely helpful and responsive. The location was brilliant - in a residential area with lots of coffee shops nearby and easy to get to all attractions. The breakfast was healthy and tasty and we loved that it was delivered every morning in a refrigerator bag. The coffee machine worked well and the supply of noddles was appreciated.

Close to Hongdae and Mangwon Hangang park, rooms were clean and host makes it as welcoming as possible.

L’appartamento di Terry è un vero rifugio dotato di ogni comfort. L’aria condizionata in tutte le stanze garantisce un ambiente sempre fresco e piacevole che permette di sfuggire alla calda estate coreana. La cucina è piccola ma pratica e ben attrezzata, il letto ampio e comodo, e il bagno, pur essenziale, è fornito di tutto il necessario… e anche qualcosa in più! Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la TV gigante, la Wii, Netflix e il caffè di ottima qualità che ci ha accompagnato ogni mattina, avevamo anche la colazione compresa arrivata tramite delivery dopo accordi presi con la proprietaria. Il vero punto di forza è Terry: una padrona di casa eccezionale, sempre disponibile e pronta a intervenire per qualsiasi esigenza, anche la più piccola. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati e a nostro agio dal primo all’ultimo giorno. Torneremmo senza pensarci due volte!

This apartment is a real find! Located near from Hongdae, it offers peace and comfort like another world. Inside it's clean, tidy, and thoughtfully designed, with a cozy interior. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. But the best part is the Host !  He's incredibly caring, kind, and always ready to help. He gave great recommendations ! His desire to make our stay as comfortable as possible was invaluable. If you're looking for a place with a homey atmosphere, authenticity, and an amazing host – this is your choice! I'll definitely be back!

It was our second time staying in Roaster Block. Everything was top notch as the first time. Highly recommend!!!

Property is cosy, clean, well equipped and located in wonderful area - close to metro station, beautiful park and restaurants, caffès and Mangwon market. Stay in the apartment has been wonderful experience. The host was very communicative, helpful and nice. Highly recommend this place!!

The place was clean and very comfortable. The rooms had a good artistic touch and the owner prepared some super helpful local travel guide books in the rooms. There were also many household appliances for cooking. The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood with convenience stores and several restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Walking toward the Mangwon Station we were able to find all kinds of shops and restaurants, some opened until late night, very convenient after a long day traveling around. Our host Terry was very accommodating and replied quickly whenever we needed something. Terry was fluent in English and the communication was smooth.

Nice basement apartment in Hongdae. Although it is only 10 mins away from the nearest metro, the apartment itself is on the basement of a building in a residential street. Felt safe as a solo female traveller, but not much lighting and very easy to get lost. The immediate entrance to the apartment is quite dark as it is a basement flat. Inside, the flat is lovely and the host is excellent. Very receptive and allowed a late checkout. Just bear in mind there are no windows or natural light in the apartment. Also as per most places in Seoul, there's no shower- it is a wet room where there is a shower head coming off the sink. That being said it was a great apartment and I had a wonderful time In Seoul
