Preferred if u have a car. The subdivision looks new hence is so peaceful. We were 6 adults plus one 2 yo kid but we managed to fit in... The house is small yet cute and clean. There were appliances such as ref, induction cooker, electric kettle, rice cooker. There were also toiletries and towels. There is also microwave but u have to bring an adapter. The staff is easy to talk to. Addl HC and pet cost 250 pesos each. We went for a 1 night staycation. No private parking, but we used the front to park our car since the subv is new and still without cars around and not crowded.

The water from the faucets when not used frequently looks rusty. So don't use it immediately when u first opened it. Let it flow for some seconds.

The place was clean, comfortable and the amenities especially the playground and pool was excellent!

Better to bring your own food to cook. There is a food menu on the property but the numbers were unreachable. We expected restaurants with local food to taste. We were relaxing with 3 of our kids so “cooking day off” was those 2 days of stay. 7-eleven meals was our go to meals. The owner can surely step up for this.
