"Cheap but far from the city center"

The staff was extremely friendly. It’s close to a great coffee place called Banana Chill.

The room wasn’t the cleanest. We booked a bedroom with two queen beds that were kept together. After putting them apart, there was a lot of trash and dust underneath. We asked and the staff swept the floors afterwards. The place isn’t the most comfortable and it’s quite far from the city center. I would say it’s an okay option to spend a night only (but I would still recommend staying near the lake)

"Affordable stay at a strategic location."

Comfortable stay , with AC and hot shower. Walking distance to the Kandy Lake and Night city centre . Bus station right outside the hotel. Very friendly and fluent speaking owners .

Not the most clean but it’s bearable for 1/2 nights stay . There’s no balcony as advertised in the booking . You have to request the owner to switch on the AC using another control . They tried try to fool me.
