Hotel DeVille

The view.

Mainly the confusion on paid parking. There is a sign that says parking for hotel guest, but how do you know which is car is actually staying at the hotel or not? since it has another sign saying paid parking in the same area. For possible future, have signs that can go in the cars of hotel guests saying hotel guest.

Location,view and staff once handling situation arose they stepped in

Unfortunately we experienced bedbugs. Owners moved us to different room immediately but experienced it in other room. We found out bedbugs come out at night our dog was bit above eye several times and blood on sheets and blankets. Bedbugs feast🤢on us . Once moved to different room we found one but slept with lights on we had booked room for 3 days . No refund was given back.

Clean and location

We liked that the room was renovated with a modern look. Also that it came with a fridge, iron,ironing board,hairdryer,and microwave . Comfortable beds .

What we didn’t like is that the door was hard to close. You had to forcefully slam it so it could close. And the we had tiny roaches around the bathroom mirror. Then i stepped on a small roach on the side of my bed. So when we checked out i let the front office clerk of the roaches in our room he just said oh ok . And that was it .

The location was great for walking to the beach, Lexington Museum and restaurants.

The stairs were somewhat difficult to carry luggage and supplies up and down for a senior citizen.
