The appartment was new and very nice, so was the building. There is a parking place. The appartment was in the last floor, there is an elevator. Even though it was under the roof, it wasnt hot (good thermal insulation) and if needed, there is an air condition. The kitchen was fully equiped. There are amazing restaurants and gelaterias in the city. There is a beach near the weird multifunctional theater place.

I recommend to put some more greenery to the side where there is the house full of refugees, it wasnt comfortable to know that they see to our balcony. The storage place for clothes could be better designed. There could be more trash bins for different type of trash - its not comfortable to use the plastic bags. There is no storage place for your own bikes, which is not good, because its the best way to go around the city.

Great location - close to all areas of Verbania, and several supermarkets. Lovely airy apartment with a great balcony.

Our stay was very good. The house was clean and well equiped. The host reacted very quickly.

The apartment exceeded our expectations with its modern and cozy atmosphere, along with all the necessary amenities. The host was wonderful, providing helpful information about the area. The small welcome gifts added a personal touch to our experience. I highly recommend this property.

This apartment is ideally suited for two people, very well furnished and comes with really everything one could ask for. The mattress and pillows are excellent, the kitchen is very well equipped, the balcony invites you to enjoy an aperitivo or simply the sun. The house is fairly new, and both, house and apartment itself are kept immaculately clean. The secure parking is also a big plus. So: should we return to Pallanza, this is where we will stay again!

The hostess Frederica was very helpfull and kind. Her place is simple, cute and tasteful. All you need is there! Great view from the balcony.

The flat is roomy, immaculately clean and nicely fitted and furnished. The bed was comfortable. The balcony is large enough to sit out on and provides a pleasant view of the hills and mountains to the west. The parking is secure and convenient.

It is only a minor gripe, but the kitchen lacked a bread toaster and a cheese grater; however, I am sure if we had reported this it would have been sorted out, as the managers of the flat were very friendly and helpful. The location is not near to the lake shore at Pallanza but is only 15 minutes away by walking; the lake shore at Intra is about the same distance.
