The fridge hasn't been cleaned in a long time, the same goes fir the rug in front of the bathroom.

Очень трудно найти. Таксист несколько раз созванивался с хозяином. Отель не отвечает на сообщения ни через букин, ни через вотсап. Это очень напрягает. Только звонить, если у вас такая возможность. Да, отель прислал вовремя инструкцию по заселению, но пришлось понервничать.

Keys were sent to me over a text. So fairly easy. I like the apartment was clean and well maintained

I asked for early checking and was not provided as they had other tenants checking out that day. Which was ok but I got the keys early on so I thought I could drop my bags in the room and go meet my family. Upon arrival around 12.30hrs, I met the cleaner who was cleaning the room next door(btw he smelled really bad and left the smell all over the apartment), he said I can leave the bags. I came back at 1400hrs and found the cleaner still cleaning the room and had to wait good 30minutes to checkin. I got the apartment around 14.30hrs and left early since I had a meeting at 1500hrs. Came back after meeting and wanted to shower and found the towels were very dirty. upon close inspection I found all the linens were pretty dirty. I send a message to host and was able to get new towels fairly easy. Next day I left early since I had to go to bank and sent a message to host saying I left my bag packed and will come collect it and if I don’t make it on time they can keep it for me. Since I was able to finish a bit early I left to collect my bags around 11.30hrs and also sent a message to the host that I am on my way to collect it. I came to my room exactly at 12.02hrs and found I was locked out and had to wait good 15 minutes for someone to come and help open the door. This was a very disappointing experience considering the amount I paid, the late checkin and early checkout. No extension of checkout was offered for the wait time.

The room was comfortable and clean, the location was very nice, and the staff was accommodating and attentive. I would say Dhonveli is very good value for money. Would definitely stay there again!

Very biyutiful location

Отличное месторасположение. Прямо на берегу. Вид с окна потрясающий. Хорошая кровать. Чистое постельное белье. Рекомендую. Рядом есть все необходимое.
