Location was perfect with many restaurants around, close to main attractions. Very friendly and helpful Alessio gave us all informations nedeed. The best host ever!!! Breakfast was served in cafe next to the apartment, offering tasty, fresh pastry Apartment was very nice and clean Surely is right place to stay again, highly recommended!! 👍👍👍

Beautiful location, and very nice bedroom. Great sound isolation. Despite my room had a window on the busy street I had no problems with it when the widow was closed. And this hotel has a very nice hotel caretaker Alessio.

The shower cabin could be cleaner. Breakfast was a drink + a bun.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is VERY clean. Located just in the heart of old city center (just close to Massimo Theatre). The Aircon was working good. The apartment has windows with noise reduction (that's really helpful if you sleep in the heart of Palermo ;)) The owner Alessio represents completely different level of customer service. He helped us to find parking near to the flat for 2 nights. Our flight was delayed 3 hours and he was waiting for us until we arrive. Than he recommended us places where to go and where to eat. All guests receive free guide prepared by Alessio. Really great job as customer.

Ubytovanie priamo v centre stareho mesta na ulici plnej restauracii, kaviarni a obchodov. Ku vsetkym zaujimavostiam sa da dostat pesi. Jednoduche parkovanie na blizkom sukromnom parkovisku. Ubytovanie je nove v rekonstruovanej budove a velmi pohodlne a ciste. Je premyslene do detailov. Velmi ochotny hostitel.

Ótima localização com acesso aos principais pontos turísticos, cafés e restaurantes. O quarto corresponde exatamente às fotos e é muito confortável. O proprietário, Alessio, foi muito amável e nos ajudou com tudo, desde dicas de lugares de estacionamento até do que fazer em Palermo e região.

tout était parfait. l'endroit, la propreté, le confort et surtout la gentillesse du propriétaire, toujours à l'écoute. wir waren positiv überrascht. großes zimmer, tolles Design ,sehr sauber und schalldichte Fenster . Der Inhaber ist sehr bemüht uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen.

Zeer ruime kamer met goede bedden en airco. Locatie uitstekend.

Ontbijt wat eentonig. Maar gezien de prijs prima.

Very good location in the middle of old town with easy access to sites, restaurants, cafés and to the airport bus. The host, Alessio, is so kind, he provides suggestions and answers any questions. The windows are very well isolating, closing out the noise from the street. The breakfast downstairs at the café is great. The croissants are amazing. We had a very pleasant stay.

The apartment is on a buzzing street. We knew it based on other reviews so it wasn’t a surprise and as mentioned above the windows are sound-proof.
