Distance to mall but even do i loved the place

The location was great, a great community feel in the neighborhood. My boy played wth all the other children, he had a great time. The place had all the amenities we needed. Parking our car in a garage was a huge plus and having our own secure, safe space as a family. The owner/manager was very helpful and conscientious even though there were some set backs at the beginning and end of our stay. Thank you for a great stay and a warm welcome.

From the pictures it looked amazing but when you got there you realized that its maybe good for African standards but not German/UK standards. Little things like paint finishes, a couple cracked windows, screw holes in the walls. Batteries need replacing in the front door system, remote control for air con not working effectively. Also one didn't feel the freedom to open the windows at night for fresh air because there was no insect netting. One also had to get used to having flood lights on outside for the whole night. A great security feature but interesting to adapt to. The black out curtains helped but then you were reliant on air conditioning. The place felt a little insecure due the nature of the windows, one had to keep them closed. These are all small things, but I suppose thats what makes the difference between good and exceptional. The place was good in my opinion.

It's well located, clean and easy to access and secure, nice internet.
