Wir hatten in einer Gruppe von 6 Mädels einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird.

Gibt nichts zu bemängeln

Die Wohnung lag nahe des Stadtzentrums, 5min zu Fuß. Bioladen und Supermarkt fußläufig. Lag etwas abseits der Hauptstraße und daher recht ruhig. Der Besitzer der Wohnung war äußerst freundlich und hat uns alles gut erklärt. Er war jederzeit erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Satisfait !!!! Exactement comme sur photo. On etait un groupe de 7 avec des ados. Bien amenagé. Tout le monde a trouvé son espace dans cet appartement. On a pu partager des moments ensemble a l'interieur et en terrasse mais aussi avoir ses moments d'isolement . Le confort y était surtout au niveau du lit. Quand a l'équipement, rien ne manquait. Le plus pour nous qui avions un Van, c'était le parking proche et facile d'acces. L'emplacement top ! Tout est a proximité et ideal si une visite des villas du lac de Côme en vue. Echange avec les hôtes par whats app, ils sont très réactifs. On a un eu un super acceuil à notre arrivée. Souriants, aimable et serviable. On remercie les hôtes de leur belle présence. On recommande fortement cet appartement.

Great location. Close to the lake, shops, the market and restaurants. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. There was an air-con in every room, which made it nice and cool in the heat of summer. The owners were very nice and helpful.

There were two bathrooms, but only one had a shower.

It was clean and modern inside. The owners were so nice. Showed everything, helped with parking and our luggage. I would definitely rebook when traveling to Como. Everything was in walking distance which made it easy to get to things.

Very clean, comfortable beds, pillows & good facilities & utensils. Luisa & Giuseppe took my friend to the hospital after an accident & took 2 of our parties to the train station & lugguages due to their limited mobility. They really went out of their way to help us, not to mentioned the welcoming cold wine & crisps. We’re very happy with our stay & the hosts. Thank you very much Luisa & Giuseppi. This modern apartment was spacious, comfortable and had everything you needed! It is located close to the centre of Como. We had easily accessible parking and the hosts were wonderful. We loved our stay here and would totally recommend this to anyone, especially if you are a family.
